Packages and Extras

Sound Sensations offers a simple alternative to the complicated and deceptive pricing tactics used by some other DJ companies.  Our basic packages include everything needed for most weddings and formal banquets.  A higher price and a fancy full page ad does not mean better service.

Sound Sensations is an independently Owned Business and we work hard to keep operating costs low and provide our clients with personal attention and professional service at a fair and reasonable rate.

Basic Packages for Weddings and Formal Banquets
 


Package prices are based on a
flat rate for a full 6 hours of service
 

They Include:
• Cocktail hour and Dinner music
• Formal Introductions and Announcements
• Cordless Microphone for Toasts or Speeches
• Formally Attired DJ  (unless requested otherwise)
• Special Request Cards for your guest tables
• And our standard dance lighting package.
• Any meetings or consultations are included at no extra charge.


Discounted Rates are available for off season events (November 1st. - March 31st.) and for Friday & Sunday events.





On Site Wedding Ceremonies


Sound Sensations can also provide a second sound system with music and microphones
in a separate location for your on-site wedding ceremony or cocktail hour.

Additional Time :   $50.00 per hour  /  $35.00 per 1/2 hour

Services required beyond the 6 hours included in the base package will be billed at an additional hourly rate.  Your time begins when the music starts playing.  Setup of equipment begins approximately one hour before your event start time and is not considered as part of the 6 hour time frame.

Deposit for booking your date

A $100.00 deposit along with the signed contract is all that is required to reserve your date.  Dates are filled on a first come basis and cannot be held without a Deposit and the Entertainment Agreement form.

Secondary Sound System Set-up Fee

An additional $75.00 charge applies for the set-up and use of the secondary sound system to provide music or microphones in a place other than the main banquet / dance floor area.  (Foyer or Lobby, Garden, Gazebo, Patio, Deck, Church, etc.)

Extra Travel Charges

An additional charge may apply for travel distances of more than 25 miles from Rochester.   For more information regarding extra travel charges for your area, please contact us.

Special Rate Packages for Non-Profit and Children's Charity Events

Sound Sensations is a family owned business and we understand and applaud the time and effort which people contribute to many worthwhile causes.  In appreciation of their efforts, Sound Sensations offers reduced rate packages for many Non-Profit and Children's Charity events in and around the Greater Rochester community.
